I was highly satisfied with my experience with Alexander. I had inherited an older home and he evaluated the property carefully, giving helpful advice as to what repairs/upgrades would make a difference and what things to leave as is. He brought in a great contractor to accomplish the agreed upon  work who did a quality job at reasonable rates. Alexander did an excellent job of pricing the property appropriately. Not only did he know the comps, he knew the area. He held an Open House 1 week after the house was listed. In the days leading up to the Open House he canvassed the surrounding neighborhoods and created a lot of interest for the event. As a result of his efforts, I had 10 offers after the Open House, several of which were over the list price. Alexander vetted the offers carefully and as a result escrow proceeded smoothly and closed on time. I live out of the area so Alexander went to extra trouble to stop by the house and check on things for me. I was extremely pleased with how quickly the house sold and for a higher price than expected. It was a real pleasure working with Alexander.
